The Eagle Nutritional Services held one of their cooking shows at Eastern Michigan University's Rackham building last week. It included step-by-step recipe guides shown in real time, in front of an audience.

After a few finished touches, dinner is served to the students in attendance. They get to take home the recipes for the dishes and filled out a survey for the event. The next ENS cooking class will be in April.
