RNA treatment with DNAse is an absolute disaster for RNA quality in my lab. WTF is happening?! Beautiful RNA turns to smear after DNAse. L We tried RQ1 from promega and DNAse I from thermo. RNA from chrysanthemum leafusing CiAR (share.google/cRcXPl1UA0Vn...). Any advise? #PlantScience #RNA #DNAse
