I have a friend who has access to a ton of cardboard from work, like basic stuff to stupidly thick corrugated industrial grade stuff. I got 5 large sheets of double corrugated board. I've used 2.

And I have a truly idiotic amount of dungeon tiles. Incredible content.

I'm probably most proud of the bins of "stuff."

The bins are made out of popcicle sticks. They're filled with peppercorns, fennel seeds, rice, sesame seeds, and coffee grounds, and a bit of paint. The fillings are glued in place so they don't fall out.

The crates you can see on the right and left in the image are just little wooden craft cubes, marked with brown marker to make them looks like they've got some framing. They're glued together in little stacks. I use them a lot in dungeons too.

The stall itself is made out of some Jenga blocks, large popcicle sticks, and kebab skewers, glued or tied together with string.

I'm not wild about the sword and axe, but they get the job done. They're made out of tin cut from a cat food can lid, bits of toothpicks, and string.

The stall is modular. It has about 3 different awnings you can place. Awnings are made from paper towel, Elmer's glue and paint.

The items on the counter can be removed and replaced.
