Catching up on #dalgleish which is superb. This week’s was Cover Her Face. Bertie Carvell has become definitive for me. Captures the sadness of the man but also makes me believe in the poet. Looks like he directed this too and has done a great job of the claustrophobia and secrets.

Have to say that generally speaking this iteration of #Dalgleish isn’t doing it for me. Casting primarily. It’s just dull in comparison to earlier versions. I had to switch off last night I was so bored.

#Dalgleish on channel 5 is a new favourite. Binge watched all previous episodes and new series has started. Another great immersive whodunnit.

The grading on #Dalgleish is horrendous - the 70's were grim, but they weren't washed out & dark!

Absolutely delighted to have #Dalgleish back on C5. It's such classy stuff, but honestly? It's those GORGEOUS title cards that have made every series for me. I've been dying to see what they would do this time & it did not disappoint.
