All of the ingredients except the yoghurt and ice cream, more or less finely chopped as necessary, in the pan before cooking
The finished porridge in the pan, very thick and rich brown, with the odd tiny chunk of carrot visible under the surface. On top is a big splodge of Greek yogurt insulating some rough scoops of Christmas cake ice cream from the heat of the porridge. Five crescent slices of nectarine are arranged on that, and lots of tiny red/white/green balls are sprinkled over the whole affair
