Scoring privacy policies for readability is an interesting academic idea, but a privacy framework built on "clear and concise" privacy policies is not a privacy framework. Legislative and regulatory focus on "better notice" is misguided. #DataDoneRight

There is no deal to be made where only BIG companies have to do some reasonable data security and do the whole bogus "clear and concise" privacy policies in exchange for preempting states. That's the reality...and it wouldn't even touch Cambridge Analytica. #DataDoneRight
