After several weeks of upheaval, I am finally settling back into my usual routines; an early walk, some stretching, even a quick round of mediation. There’s something incredibly comforting about these sorts of rituals. When everything seems thrown into chaos, it’s the security of the familiar, in small and simple plans that anchor you to the day from the start. A perfect example would be me doing this every day… Here's some more (US) morning mellow.
