Another point concerning the #GlobalDisabilitySummit. As far as I know, #deinstitutionalisation isn't on the agenda at all (though a 'fireside chat' might be considered). Why? I'm wondering about how the event & themes aligns with Article 4(3) of the #CRPD which is about effective participation.
