A quick render of Deleejii's head on top of a simple red blob background with her head having a white outline. This was simply a test to see how I like this new way for me to render. I like it, but I need to practice more with it. Also, the art is low res, so there's that. It was literally just for practice, but decided to post it because I kinda like it.

Something small and quick to try out new rendering and see if I like it (spoiler: I kinda do). Here's more #Deleejii because I can't get enough of her. Also, wanted a new angle I've never tried before.

A rendered piece of my mutual Maddie's OC Alex using lightning and wind while having some battle damage with my OC Deleejii behind her backing her up with fire. Sorry for the lack of a background. I need to work on that. This took me quite a few hours to work on, but it was worth it. I thought about drawing these two in a cross over and when I mentioned it to Maddie, she was excited, so after finished a couple of other pieces, I got to work and here we have it! I had a TON of fun working on this piece and it helped me to understand a few things I had yet to learn, so I'm glad I decided to work on it. It wasn't my usual workflow, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Please enjoy this cross over piece of Alex and Deleejii! Drawn in Krita for Android on my XPPen Artist Pro 14 Gen2 on openSUSE Tumbleweed (built-in KDE drivers on Wayland).

More progress, but I'm ready for a break. #Deleejii, for the most part, is inked. I still need her clothes, but that'll be done when I get back to it. Anyway, off I go to make something to eat before I die! 🫠

I've mentioned it before many times, but yes. #Deleejii and #Kanok were married for over 100 years before his sacrifice. Before then, Deleejii had two wives, that being Samantha (who her daughter is named after) and #Moira. Now she still has Heather, who was in the poly marriage they had with Kanok

I dunno. What are we thinking so far? Not bad, right? Like I said, I am going pretty hard on this. So basically, Alex is finished. Now I just need #Deleejii, but so far, so good. DAYUM, Alex is a hottie fr. Maddie cooked with her OC 🙂‍↕️

The finished piece of Deleejii and Moira. In it, Deleejii is looking at her then wife Moira and she is looking back at her. Deleejii is wearing a dirty shirt with suspenders while Moira is wearing her custom blue Captain's uniform with some armor reinforcement. They are also both blushing. My thoughts and added lore: So, I wanted to get across that despite the fact Deleejii is married to Moira, at that point in the story, she was also working on the ship with the rest of the crew. I also moved her eyes to actually look at Moira instead of looking upwards. That bothered me in sketch, but it's been fixed. I also added lines for Moira showing she arms and what the now rusted plate was. It was connecting to another leather strap hugging her armpit and looping back around behind her back and upwards to drape on top of her right shoulder. The plate connecting them also has the letters LS engraved in it standing for "Lucky Shamrock", the name of her ship along with a four-leaf clover. Around this time, Deleejii is about 31 Earth years old and Moira was about 48 Earth years old, thus her aged appearance. I did put Moira's ear a little higher than I wanted, but I didn't want to edit all of that, so it'll stay where it is. It's not that egregious. I was also trying something new with the lighting on the hair. I need to practice that more. Other than that, it's done!

Finished the render! Background is fine the way it is (plain eggshell white). Anyway, I also fixed #Deleejii's eyes so she's actually looking at #Moira instead of upwards. And added lines to Moira's body that were needed. Alt for some thoughts and added lore. Enjoy!

Original art I did back in early Feb 2025 of this couple. Deleejii and her wife Moira. I wanted to draw them, but I didn't do a very good job since I was still learning digital art and trying to improve myself after a very long hiatus from art. Not that I was any good, mind you, but I did draw a lot as a kid. Now I'm actually improving! Anyway, here's some lore! Moira was the goods delivery ship captain of the Lucky Shamrock and Lucky Shamrock II (first one blew up). When she took on Deleejii, she was always angry due to how her life was before leaving Druderia. The death of her first wife and her father, the people of the planet naming her their savior due to her immense power over the raw elements and forcing her, as a teenager, to destroy a planetary invasion of ships thus causing her trauma from having to kill people. Over time, however, she mellowed out and found inner peace with everything that had happened and found her captain quite attractive, not just for her looks but her attitude and dedication to her crew. Deleejii was in her early 20's when she happened upon Moira and it took 10 years on that ship before she decided to make her move on the good captain. Moira was in her late 40's when she took Deleejii onto her crew, so she was in her late 50's when they got together. They were married for about 8 years before Moira accused Deleejii of infidelity and Deleejii left. She was devastated that Moira did not trust her to remain faithful while Kanok was around. There is more story on how those two reconiled, but there isn't enough space here. Anyway, this is the original piece.

This is the side by side comparison of Deleejii's original design to her current one. Keep in mind, this is Deleejii when she was in her early 30's which she still looked like she was in her early 20's due to how she ages (exceedingly slowly with a maximum life span of 15,000 years). In the new one, she is wearing a white shirt with suspenders that go down to her pants. Her iconic front long bang was far shorter. After around 600 years, it'll grow a lot.

This is the comparison between Moira's original design and her new one. I kept her fluffy, curly hair since I really liked it and gave her a bit more of an aged look. Also a mole right next to her left eye. This was also a challenge for myself to see if I could draw someone positioned to the right since I always draw them from the left. I think she came out really good, all things considered! I hope to expand on her more later.

Finally, the finished version of them looking at each other with small hearts above their heads and their signatures at the bottom saying "Deleejii x Moira". I quite like this a lot more than I thought I would. Thanks for reading through all of this!

Took me a few hours, but I got the sketch done and I might just leave it like this, but I like how they came out. Added old art with comparisons to show the difference in quality. Check the alt for lore and more!
