There were 2 events on 2/13/17. At 5:47 in the afternoon, someone plugged IN a headphone cord. And at 10:32 pm, they unplugged it.

Back in 2023, Richard Allen’s attorneys presented the evidence of him being tortured in the solitary/suicide unit of the supermax to get him moved elsewhere.
Judge Gull denied it, said that RA was getting better treatment than most prisoners. 🧐

Looks like one of the really big issues in this case is a set of communication failures— the cops used landmarks, former landmarks, & informal place names and weird time conventions. Which is small town exclusion of outsiders, but can be weaponized, too.
