Rupert’s wife Jo died of lung #cancer aged just 39 in the Hospice.
The couple had two young children aged 5 and 8 years old when their Mum died.

To mark #DemystifyingDeathWeek, we've launched a free online tool called These Are My Wishes. It enables people at any stage of their life to record practical decisions about what they would like to happen after they die.
