#Denverites - the person who is installing these posters downtown may look like me, but it’s just a coincidence.
Don’t forget #Denverites:
the cool kids never cross picket lines
#UnionStrong
#Solidarity
Consider why that is...
@DenverDOTI has been working with @CityofDenver #Denverites to identify & install designated #bikeDEN routes.
Two recent projects are the #CityParkEsplanadePBL & the #GarfieldStNBW, and an ACTIVE project is the #E21stAveNBW.
Marked with green arrows.
The frozen piles of snow & sheets of ice at the base of ramps prove my point.
I don't rely on a wheelchair yet, but many other #Denverites do. It's why these ramps must be cleared or reported for #ADA access in #Denver.
W17thAve bike lane near Lowell. What's wrong with this picture?
Pissed as soon as I saw it.
Dear #Denverites, don't put your effing trash cans in front of the bus stop. The bus can't pull up to the curb & therefore the wheel-chair ramp doesn't work.

I think ALL #Denverites need to Report any missing or hazardous sidewalks we encounter via http://pocketgov.org
Take a pic & submit with your current location.
In the description, cite:
Denver Revised Municipal Code
Sec. 49-119. Sidewalk repairs on hazardous walks.
I'm thinking we need to identify "Snow Bike Routes" to get cleared for bikes the same as E 13th, E 14th, & Colfax get cleared for cars.
What will it take for that to happen?
Also, why not suggest or require #Denverites to move their vehicles from the south side of E/W Streets?
Just wondering...
@DenverPolice, have you looked into https://bikeindex.org/for_cities for Bicycle Registration?
Will connect #Denverites nationally, so if a stolen bike is transported, it will come up in searches elsewhere.
