this image is a rough sketch of two furry characters heavily clad in kink gear. One character appears to be a dog, while the bottom is a red panda; both are mostly hidden from view by their outfits. Both characters have bursts of smoke shooting out of their masks, as well as little heart symbols, implying the gas is a pheromone cloud, and that both characters are breathing it in directly
