Local artist, Debbie Koppman creates mosaics all over the #Dimond and #Laurel districts in #Oakland (she is hired - not graffiti, mind you). Here is the Maple Substation gate owned by #PGE #WomenArtists #Mosaics The walls are mosaic and the gate is painted to look like mosaic.
