Not actually at Col de la Tour, but the vantage point up above the signposted path... easily accessed from the signpost at Col de la Tour, if you look for a little parallel path on the Glandasse side of the main path. The view both east and west is worth the small extra effort.
Just a few more shots from today's three-col walk from Romeyer... mostly a dead easy walk, though the short-cut descent from Col de la Tour to Romeyer isn't signposted - but the longer way round via le Grand Chêne is delightful anyway!

Entre aujourd'hui 18h et demain 18h, ce passage pluvieux peu mobile concernera en particulier la vallée du Rhône et un axe #Ain - #Isère - #Drôme où on attend 30 à 50 mm.
Vers les #Baronnies, #Diois et #Vercors 70 à 80 mm possibles.

Even a 'standard short ride' in these parts is breath-taking (if not in the exertion sense, as I was taking the Moustache bike out for a proper test ride). Just 30km, but each one of those had something beautiful to see.
