Lady Francesca is the first Black drag queen with Down Syndrome in the world. She is in Drag Syndrome. They are a group of drag artists with Down Syndrome.

They have performed on big stages like Glastonbury, and all around the world. Lady Francesca loves being herself. When she performs, she feels like she can be herself.

She enjoys touring, getting paid, and making the audience happy. She loves getting ready for shows and likes picking her makeup and outfits.
