a mod on a zine they contributed to that concluded almost a year ago now. as always, DO NOT OPEN ANY STRANGE OR SUSPICIOUS-LOOKING ATTACHMENTS, ESPECIALLY FROM PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW WELL. this is the first time i've seen a #discordscam like this with zero text trying to TELL me about the scam tho.

If the user doesn't come up while trying to search my account, that means no one lese would find it either but my account instead. Besides, you can't have an account with exact same name, meaning something has been added, changed or taken away that makes the username seem familiar with mine. I simply wish to know what that difference is.
The user has since deleted their account in hopes to hide the conversation. Too bad for them, I smelled the scam and took notes. Stay safe!
