1) Box breathing
Breathe in through your nose for 4, hold for 4 breathe out through your mouth for 4 hold for 4, repeat

So qualifying for benefits will be done through a single #PIP assessment which will be made harder to get, through narrowing criteria, what part of this isn't going to push disabled people into poverty?
