Adelmeyer told Kerkhoff how he attended the #DisruptJ20 planning meeting in the church basement on Jan. 8 as well as the "Action Camp" Jan. 14-16 at American University (video of which was provided to Kerkhoff by Project Veritas but was never given to the defense)
Kerkhoff says some of the videos included discussions of #DisruptJ20 planning for the "anti-capitalist bloc" and appeared to include several defendants, those were provided to the court in 4 parts.
Kerkhoff says the Project Veritas videos of #DisruptJ20 planing meetings were obtained after the initial indictment and that Det. Pemberton received a hard drive of "hours" of videos that was reviewed by Pemberton and the DC US Attorneys office.
We're back to some discussion of pre-trial litigation about the search warrant to Dreamhost, which hosted the #DisruptJ20 website - Kerkhoff's prosecution demanded the IP addresses of everyone who visited the site, which advertised protests against Trump's 2017 inauguration.
Kerkhoff describes search warrants to search arrestee's cell phones as well as warrants served to Facebook and Dreamhost to see who visited online pages related to #DisruptJ20 protests ahead of Trump's 2017 inauguration.
Downs' client may have been at the recorded Jan. 8 #DisruptJ20 protest planning meeting, & his possible presence was used in Kerkhoff's attempt to convict him. The Veritas operative said in the withheld portion of the video that in regards to the IWW he didn't think the "upper echelons" were present

Disciplinary counsel is showing a grand jury transcript where Kerkhoff told a grand juror that Project Veritas did seek to "subvert" #DisruptJ20, the group Kerkhoff sought to criminalize.
DC Bar Disciplinary Counsel O'Brien says Kerkhoff/Pemberton knew #DisruptJ20 was a "far-left" group and also that Project Veritas, who they sought to secretly use as a source, was "far-right" in a way that would "undermine" credibility of the evidence and be a "can of worms"
