Abstract with top and bottom sections of peachy orange. Middle section in a pale aqua. Bits of fluorescent pink and browns as distress and a fluorescent pink piece of paper with “Comstock Law” on it.

Sometimes I paint on watercolor paper.
I’m finally honing in on the way I want to paint, at least smaller scale. Large scale is altogether different.
Anyway. Fuck the Comstock Laws and I’m afraid we’re going to be seeing more about them in the future.

Dark blue paint in the middle with lighter blue on top and bottom. Paint is distressed looking. A torn off white paper on the left with a small atomic energy symbol in yellow. A raised fist half on the canvas on the right in black on the dark blue background making it hard to see. Lower bottom left is an enlarged lowercase a with about 1/4 of the bottom missing.

This is a practice piece and I'm pretty sure the colors will change on the final painting. But for now I'm happish with the results.
