I basically envisioned this as "Dorothea's ideal sexual fantasy". I decided to go with a romantic atmosphere: Dim lights, rose petals, etc., since I felt it would be very in-character for her to enjoy that.

"Ingrid’s grip tightens on a training spear, her gaze trained on her opponent, Dorothea. Both women breathe heavily, the near-hour of continuous mock combat draining them very near empty. Ingrid ignores the sensation of sweat dripping down her face with practiced ease. She finds it much more difficult to ignore how… strange it makes her feel to gaze at Dorothea. That poorly understood feeling in her gut makes sure Ingrid wants to just keep staring at her and her well-trained, hardworking body. A feeling that only gets stronger when they train together, and she can see with her own eyes, with no distractions, just how capable Dorothea is. The sheen of sweat on her skin certainly doesn’t hurt, either. Ingrid is pulled from her thoughts by a shift in her opponent’s stance, recognizing the familiar movements Dorothea makes each time she readies a powerful spell. Agnea’s Arrow, judging by the sigils appearing in front of her. A straining, almost unnecessarily strong spell."

Ingrid isn’t an expert in casting by a long shot, but she does know a spell like that is intensely difficult to understand, let alone put into real practice. The sheer expression of ability it takes to muster the needed magical energy isn’t to be understated. Ingrid’s stomach flutters just watching Dorothea work. For a moment. The next, she manages to snap herself out of Dorothea’s allure. The number one thing she knows about magic, especially Dorothea’s, is that it will seriously kick her ass if she doesn’t dodge or block at least some of it. Ingrid may not be the most magic-weak commander around, but she still isn’t looking to take an obscenely powerful bolt of pure power right to the face, even if Dorothea’s holding back for training’s sake. But Ingrid won’t be fooled. Her eyes dart around, alert and active… right up until they happen to graze over Dorothea. She’s distracted for less than a second, but it’s enough time for the Arrow to reenter reality a few feet to her left. She comprehends it"

It shatters from the power of the spell, protecting her from only a portion of the energy. Ingrid takes the rest to her side, flying to the ground from the force of the blast. The blast hurts, but spells conjured for practice like this simply drain their victim’s energy, rather than actually harm them. More than anything, as Ingrid looks through hair, dirt and sweat at the broken spear in her hands, she just feels embarrassed. The exhaustion hits her when she tries to prop herself up on her arms. They shake too much for her to even try. Of course, once she spots Dorothea, just slightly less spent than herself, starting to shamble over, she feels a little better. Though, without anything to distract her besides her own fatigue, the fluttering in her gut from looking at Dorothea’s disheveled, beautiful form is much harder to ignore."
