A Georgian-Neoclassical architectural building with symmetrical design and for archways. Specifically a façade, three storey's tall with a basic roof. Seven windows with one primary down the centre on 2nd and 3rd story, masonry keystones on six windows and a large semicircle on the central window. The four archways have a crown of brick surrounding and a basic keystone on the peak. The building as a whole has a tripartite levelling. In a draftsmen style, outline only, no colour.
