Fun fact: The #DriskillHotel had 2 separate entrances. 2 entrances, 1 on 6th ST & another on the west side the building, which were reserved for men. The women's entrance was on Brazos ST. It allowed them to go directly to their rooms, avoiding cigar smoke & rough talk of the cattlemen in the lobby.
