✅ In select pts, #dualenergyCT can be used to identify those most likely to benefit from thrombectomy
13/ So in essence, in patients at risk of #MalignantEdema, post thrombectomy #dualenergyCT CAN help predict those who may decline when you quantify iodine contrast extravasation and determine volume of infarct (though iodine volume 🚫 significant in multi-var)
