I know it's a bit geeky, even for me, but I love the herring bone pattern on the Phorpres bricks uses to build the 1930s Art Deco style Kelvin Court on Great Western Road in Glasgow.

This unusual T-shaped keyhole (left) is part of an Odell's nightlatch. It's at the entrance to an 1850s tenement on Kelvingrove Street and is only the second I've found in the wild in Glasgow.

Ha! When I lived in London in the 90s my bus was the No 23. I have fond memories of that route. Ran from Ladbroke Grove where I lived, to Tower Bridge via Oxford St & the Strand. These days the route is very different and runs down through Hyde Park Corner to somewhere in SW London.

Meaning: courage you protect what is yours? You are mentally armed you cannot be easily tempered or charmed your name reflects the fact that you have no fear. You defend your possessions and loved ones. So dear and those who cross your path will feel a losing blow for due to your courage, you'll defeat each foe.
