Lilith is deep down insecure, but she's proud of her scars (not the autopsy scar). Those smaller scars and the one on her face are from battles and other cultists' attempts to kill her, and proof of her skills and resilience.

She's also proud of her long silver-white hair.

Lilith has trauma relating to sleeping, so Astarion holds Lilith's hand when they go to sleep/trance. It grounds her and allows her to relax, to feel that he's there.

Also making her laugh, not letting her swell on her dark thoughts. They share pretty dark humor.

Lilith was never an overprotective or overly fussy mother. But whenever Aurora had a headache, that was when Lilith got worried. She feared that her daughter had inherited her urges.
Little Aurora didn't know why her mom looked so worried when she told her about her headaches.
