Rarity is in the Manehatten Streets turning on the charm for a mostly off-screen taxi cab stallion on the left. A little magic bubble to the right reveals that Rarity is actually a different unicorn in disguise.

Rarity needs lift, I hope the nice cab pony will be nice enough to help her out.
