It’s called the ECCO 4.0: Enhancing Community Care for Ontarians. It serves as the blueprint for an equitable health system, anchored in primary care and integrated community care. The organization is also calling for a faster shift from hospital-centric services, pivoting to a more prevention-focused and people-centred care. Guest host Chris Holski digs deeper with RNAO CEO Dr. Doris Grinspun in Hour 2. Over in Smiths Falls, they are declaring a food insecurity emergency, as the number of residents relying on food banks continues to rise.
