Last Friday, we wrapped up #EMBLSpatialOmics after five days of hands-on training π§¬
Huge thanks to our fantastic organisers, speakers, trainers, and participants who made this course a memorable experience.
We look forward to seeing you again at another EMBL event: https://www.embl.org/events/
Final day of #EMBLSpatialOmics!
Itβs been an incredible week diving into the new generation of spatially resolved transcriptomics with 10x Genomics.
A few behind-the-scenes highlights from the past few days ππ·
Itβs Day 3 of #EMBLSpatialOmics!
π₯Όπ¬ Participants are back in the lab for another hands-on session using the Visium CytAssist instrument to transfer RNA probes from standard tissue slides to Visium slides.

It's Day 2 of #EMBLSpatialOmics! π¬
In the morning, participants worked through the Visium HD 3' tissue preparation protocol. In the afternoon, the group split up: some visited the EMBL facilities, while others were introduced to the Cytassist instruments ahead of tomorrow's protocol.
