ईवीएम विवाद: सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर पहली बार खुली EVM, हारा हुआ उम्मीदवार बना विजेता Haryana News: हरियाणा के पानीपत जिले के बुआना लाखु गांव में हुए सरपंच चुनाव ने देशभर में ईवीएम (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीन) को लेक नई बहस छेड़ दी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर पहली बार ईवीएम खोलकर वोटों की पुनर्गणना की गई, जिसमें चौंकाने वाला परिणाम सामने आया। चुनाव विवाद का पूरा इतिहास बुआना लाखु गांव में 2 नवंबर 2022 को हुए सरपंच चुनाव में कुलदीप कुमार सिंह को विजेता घोषित किया गया था। प्रतिद्वंद्वी उम्मीदवार मोहित कुमार ने नतीजों को चुनौती देते हुए अतिरिक्त सिविल न्यायाधीश के समक्ष पुनर्मतगणना की मांग की। 22 अप्रैल 2025 को न्यायालय ने पुनर्मतगणना का आदेश दिया, लेकिन पंजाब-हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने इसे रद्द कर दिया। मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंचा तो कोर्ट ने ईवीएम खोलकर गिनती का ऐतिहासिक आदेश दिया।
