And yet, I can’t help to feel a bit guilty, as most of the women I met as #EarlyCareerScientist are no longer in science. They keep being happy & brilliant elsewhere, but it saddens me incredibly that #academia isn’t yet ready for them. I promise I’ll do my best to change this 🌈
