An eastern reef egret, a waterbird with grey feathers, a long dark beak, striking yellow eyes, and long, pale yellow legs and long toes. The camera is looking down at it, It is standing on a wooden jetty, the background consisting of brown wooden boards. The Egret is standing on its right leg, while its head is turned to face the left side of the image, its neck is tucked into a distinctive S shape.

An Eastern Reef Egret, a large, grey feathered bird with a long sharp beak, piercing yellow eyes, an S shaped neck, and long yellow legs. The bird is standing on a brown rock, in front of the ocean, the water is rippling, and coloured in various blues, browns and greys.
