I’m sor-" Her sentence is interrupted by a warm, loving embrace as he buries his face in the crook of her neck, whimpering, "I’m so glad you’re safe." Tears well up in her eyes as she wraps her arms around him, and they fall back together as if nothing had ever happened. The love they shared was never forgotten and still burned brightly. That night, for the first time, she confessed, "I love you." Without hesitation, he proposed, determined never to lose her again.
