1. Recommendations
1.1 Traffic Regulation Orders Sub-Committee is asked to:
1.1.1 Note that the objections received to Redetermination Order RSO/21/08 are to be referred, in accordance with legislative requirements, to Scottish Ministers for their determination;
1.1.2 Note that the statutory objections to Traffic Regulation Order TRO/21/32 referred to in paragraph 3.9 that would require a Public Hearing are being referred as per legislative requirements; and
1.1.3 Approves referring all non-statutory objections received to TRO/21/32 to Public Hearing, for the reasons set out in paragraph 4.3.
