This was given the carrier planning number '254/112' in the 1960's.

The Front of the Edinburgh Police Box at Links Gardens. It is painted primarily white with green highlights and roof. There is a plate for attaching a Siren on its roof. It is currently a coffee stall trading as "The wee Coffee Box". Behind the Box the Leith Links Air Raid Reporting (ARP), later Civil Defence, Report Centre can be seen. This was 1 of 5 built in 1941, of which 3 remain. It is now used by Leith Athletic Football Club.

Located next to the Leith Links ARP Report Centre at Links Gardens we have a #EdinburghPoliceBox with a Siren plate fitted.

This box was not listed in any of the lists I have so it is unclear if it was WW2, late 1980's or simply the original box has been replaced.

Edinburgh Police Box on Marchmont Crescent at the junction of Warrender Park Road. The box is well presented but has a bit of a lean forward. Painted black with gold highlights and a blue roof complete with Siren mount. It has a (retracted) cover and fold down table attached to its front. It is currently operated as "Katero Food Bar" however they are due to move to "the Pitt" in Granton and as a result is advertised as "To Let or For Sale"

This was one of the mystery boxes: Drumsheugh Gardens.
Maps indicate the Box was originally located on the junction with Queensferry Street.
It has a Siren plate but was not listed as fitted in 60's. Could this have been a new Siren location fitted in the 80's?

This one is a mystery to me and I need to do some homework. It has a Siren mount but is missing from my lists. Potentially a 1980's relocation or it has been moved from elsewhere.

A secondary source (low confidence in accuracy) suggested that the Easter Road Police Box may have had a Siren. I knew there was no evidence but didn't have pictures of the Box.

This one was listed as fitted with a Siren in the 60's but lost it by the 1980's. No evidence remains on roof suggesting a roof/box swap or thorough removal of bracket.

Coming down the mile we come to Cranston Street Police Box.

This one needs further investigation as it may have had a Siren in WW2 but the current box shows no evidence and it wasn't listed post war.
