Chocolate Depression Cake {Wacky Cake} With just a few simple ingredients and one bowl, you can be ready to bake a chocolate cake and have it ready in about 30 minutes!

Made this Depression (era) Cake (without eggs) using GF flour.

Didn’t try the icing. Made cream cheese icing with with #DutchCocoa from scratch.

They were a little dense. Not sure if they’re normally like that, or if it was because they were GF.
