Today, I finished the golden buckles and started with the black zipper found on the neck of the coat.
I've decided that I'll make the white straps and the main neck out of EVA foam because I think it'll be easier to make them by hand, also I miss working with foam a little.

I don't really have a deadline to finish this because this proyect is more about learning new skills (sewing and probably casting) and having fun obsessing over small details and hyperfocusing on Eggyboi, so at least it should be entertaining.

The second piece modeled was the screws found on the boots, they're not 100% accurate so maybe I'll give them another go before printing them.

However, I could still find time to model a few other pieces.
First, the round things that Eggman has on his coat. They're made two different pieces, the first one has little holes to be able to sew the pieces into the fabric, and the second one a cover to glue over the +

The second and third pair where considerably smaller, and more comfortable to wear. They still need a lot of work done, cleaning and painting but I won't be able to do so for a time due to being to busy with uni.

Now, enough of the planning and going straight to whats done already.
I've been making tests to print the glasses Eggman wears in the movies. I based the design of off a free model from Thingiverse and modified them to be able to glue the lenses later. The first pair were HUGE.

Secondly, the boots, again for lack of equipment to be able to recreate or cast the pieces out of polyurethane rubber, I want to simplify their design even more.
My mom has a pair of pretty comfy laceless boots that could actually work pretty well if painted black and silver.

First, the movie suit had a lot of little circuit-like detailing that I want to get rid of for two main reasons, firstly bc I simply don't like them and secondly I don't have the equipment to make such detailed pieces.

First, the general idea is trying to make, to the best of my *extremely* limited ability, a costume suit based upon the design wore by Jim Carrey in Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
However there's a few changes I want to make to the design based on personal preferences
Okay, so I want to make a Dr Robotnik cosplay from the third #SonicMovie, in spanish I call this "Cuaderno de Huevitacora" which basically means Eggbook or smth like that.
