A pencil sketch comic of characters from Ghostbusters. 1: Janine as she looks in the original Ghostbusters movie has mascara tears pouring down her face, pointing and screaming "That's it, Egon! We're through!" 2: Egon gazes at her blankly from the other side of a dinner table, thinking "She's making those loud noises again." 3: Janine is under a giant salon hairdryer, kicking and screaming "Helen, I need a makeover! Make me look like a badass cartoon broad! Wait! Like the cartoon me from that TV show!" 4: Janine is now in her Ghostbusters 2 look, aggressively hugging Louis, who's wearing Egon's coveralls. Janine yells triumphantly, "How'd'ya like that, Egon? You're missing out, Egon! I got my own Egon now, Egon!" Louis waves cheerily saying "Hullo Mister Spengler" 5: Egon and Ray are standing next to each other holding hands. Egon asks seriously, "Raymond, what is she talking about?" Ray replies cheerily, "I donno but that new look is dynamite!"
The ballad of Janine & Egon
(I love their chemistry in GB 1 but also loved how Janine was all over Louis in GB 2—I like to think she and Egon cared for each other, dated, but it didn't work out, partly cus she wanted a guy she could push around 😂)
