Week 2's prompt for this year's Orretober was "Favorite Cipher Character", with "Dessert in the Desert" as a bonus prompt.

I combined the 2 prompts to draw Eldes outside the Orre Colosseum, with some Shadow Lugia ice cream melting in the sand.
