So I thought: Queer rebellion #JWST jewelry. With beads I already had on hand, I made this test pair of earrings featuring carnelian, jade, rhodonite, and rhodolite stones, the colors of the lesbian pride flag. The stones are 2mm, the pendants 13mm wide. #EmilysSpaceCraft

Just made these Jupiter earrings. I picked out these Botswana agate beads as a pair but it wasn’t until I assembled the earrings that I discovered that one of the beads actually has a red spot! 😍

Saturday morning, no rest for the wicked. Three little trees now baking their roots into polymer clay in pots in my oven, and two new experiments: rooting trees in geodes. I’m hopeful that the jewelry glue+bent wire roots+nooks and crannies will secure them. #EmilysSpaceCraft

Oh I’m so enamored of how this tree came out. Gemstone beads 2-18mm in diameter represent all worlds in solar system >900km (so, Ceres & bigger) I planted it in a geode and built a stand in back with polymer clay so it sits up and catches the light beautifully.
