Atypical parathyroid tumor:
▫️Do not use atypical adenoma since its uncertain malignant potential.
▫️Irregular growth and fibrosis with tumor cells entrapped and hemosiderin deposits.
▫️Atypia, mitosis and/or higher Ki67 than in adenomas.
▫️No capsular/vascular invasion
