A huge thank you to Surrey Community Action for inviting us to the Charity Mash-up in Woking this week! 🌟

It was fantastic to connect, share ideas, and be inspired by so many amazing organisations making a difference in our Surrey community.

We visited Dose of Nature, a clinically led service using the outdoors to improve mental health.

Their Nature Prescriptions offer one-to-one sessions for issues like anxiety, stress & long covid, with evidence of fewer GP visits. 🌿

This week, we joined the Pro-Active Community (PAC) in Reigate 🌟

PAC is building a Surrey-wide network to amplify the voices of people with learning disabilities, autism & brain injuries.
We also met Keiron, our Wellbeing Coach, who connects people with nature 🌿

We had such fun at RecoveryFest this year!
Run by the Recovery College, part of @sabpnhs.bsky.social, it was a fantastic day of connection, support, and community.
RecoveryFest is all about bringing people together and raising awareness of the support available across Surrey. 💚
