Environmental Quality Bill 2026 approved, strengthens Sabah, Sarawak’s rights under MA63
KOTA KINABALU: The approval of the Environmental Quality (Amendment) Bill 2026 in the Dewan Rakyat is a clear indicator of the MADANI Government’s determination in strengthening the position of Sabah and Sarawak under the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).
