ERS Summerville Subregional Planning Commission adopts bylaws, appoints representatives and elects officers At its first meeting the commission adopted bylaws, approved two citizen representatives, named an ex‑officio legislator and elected officers (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer) to begin policy work and coordination on regional transmission issues.
