Correction: the 1790 "#Hamilton moment" saw the federalisation of the debt of US States, NOT the move from confederalism to federalism.
Likewise, federalised debt would NOT make the #EU a federation: it must become one but, for that, we need a #EuropeanConstitution. #ToFedEU 🇪🇺
