Apparently 85% of the DataServices in the EU data portal come from Germany. That is quite strange since the German open data portal GovData lists only 2,288 data services.

PREFIX dcat: <http://www.w3.org/ns/dcat#> SELECT ( count(?d) as ?n ) WHERE { ?d a dcat:DataService }

The European Data Portal website lists 658,515 data services. However, using their SPARQL endpoint, you get 1,145,288 data services. Can anyone explain the difference?
