Andruil gestured to her chest, her voice straining. "Fellow spirits! Friends! Are you really telling me that they didn't matter!?" "That's not what we are discuss" "That's what you said!" Andruil took a step toward her, pointing. "They are in the past and the past doesn't matter. That is what you said." "Well of course they matter—" "Shut the fuck up," Andruil dismissed Mythal with an angry gesture, crossing her arms over her chest. "Excuse me!?" Mythal's eyes flared widely as she moved forward. "Watch your tone." "Or what!?" Andruil bared her teeth at Mythal, flashing the sharp canines all Elvhen had. "The only one of us that has power over anyone here is Elgar'nan. Not you. You're just the broken bitch he stuffs!" "Enough!" Elgar'nan thundered before Mythal could counter. "No, please, let them continue. It was just getting good," Falon'Din chuckled. "Fal..." Sylaise admonished. "What?" He shrugged. "This is quality entertainment."

The hawk represents the hunt. The hare represents survival.
And besides, the hare and hawk forms perfectly describe Andruil. End and means. Prey and hunter. Two halves of a whole.

I drew Dirthamen, the keeper of secrets, as a bear. And two ravens with him.And his brother Falon'din, who leads the souls of the dead to the Beyond. Falon'din is, of course, an owl.

If the Evanuris did ballroom dances, I'd imagine Mythal having a sort of Rose from Titanic moment—Being fed up with the stiff coordination (everything being "just so") and leaving it for the night to go down to Arlathan with Solas and "dance as the commoners do."
