CONTAR.SI en una matriz devuelve TRUE/FALSE, no números. Para sumarlos necesitas la doble negación (--):
=SUMA(--CONTAR.SI(rango;criterios))
El -- convierte TRUE→1, FALSE→0. Sin él, SUMA ignora los booleanos y devuelve 0.
Pequeño detalle, gran diferencia.
