This story was certainly an improvement on the previous #Excelis chapter, but was once again quite middle-of-the-road, which basically sums up the entire #ExcelisSaga.

Unfortunately the third chapter in the #DoctorWho #ExcelisSaga ended up very much like a deflated balloon, desperately attempting to rise up but unable to achieve it. #ExcelisDecays wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good either. It was by far the weakest of the three parts.

Aside from the #SixthDoctor and a few side characters, nothing about this story particularly stood out. It was enjoyable enough, but once again nothing to make one stop and go 'Whoa!'
Overall rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I feel the #ExcelisSaga is going to be rather middle-of-the-road.

#DoctorWho #ExcelisRising continues the #ExcelisSaga - this time with the #SixthDoctor at the helm. The relic from the first story is once again at risk from Grayvorn (this time appearing as Reeve Maupassant), who is intrigued by the Doctor's change of appearance and body.
