The lower courts hold the line, while the highest court in the land, the Supreme Court, acts antithetical to the rule of law and in line with the #ExtremeSix Supermajority’s vision of a “Unitary Executive” or “Imperial President.”
Only we the people, for the people can stop this runaway train.
We must begin to say the quiet part out loud. The U.S. didn't have an earthquake of one major Constitutional Crisis.
The Trump v. USA SCOTUS ruling opened the door to the U.S. experiencing the “pre-shocks” vs. aftershocks BEFORE the “Big One,” aka “frog boiling.”
